ABOUT ME
I have close to 30 years of experience in sustainability work in senior positions in everything from international groups to a local municipality-owned company as well as from consulting.
For the past almost six years, I have been part of an exciting journey in Heimstaden where I integrated sustainability in corporate governance, business model, corporate strategy and built processes and reporting structure from the ground up as well as a sustainability organization with branches in nine countries.
In parallel with this, I have been a member of the steering group for the Sustainability Forum at Lund University since 2014 and since 2020 I am chairman of the steering group. During 2020-2021 I was a board member of Heimstaden Bostad AB, Europe's second largest residential real estate company, which is owned by Heimstaden AB together with a number of institutional actors such as Alecta, Folksam Group and others.
In addition, my involvement in the non-profit sector, through, among other things, board work, has given additional dimensions to my leadership and strategic work. All this together gives me a fantastic breadth of knowledge, competence and experience.
